This recipe is super simple, but it's exactly what I need in the mornings!
5 Frozen Whole Strawberries
1/4 frozen Avocado
2 Handfuls of Baby Spinach
8 Blackberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup of Coconut Water
2 Tbs. of Vanilla Flavored protein (we use LBAs)
Toss it all in the blender, and you're ready to go! Super simple!
